SINOPSIS

Jake Kimble, (Matthew Knight), merupakan satu-satunya saksi dari peristiwa pembantaian misterius di Chicago. Jake akhirnya harus mengalami nasib yang sama dengan para korban lain. Arwah penasaran Kayako Saeki (Aiko Horiuchi) memastikan tak ada satu korban pun yang selamat. Kini, hanya Naoko Kawamata (Emi Ikehata) yang bisa menghentikan teror Kayako yang telah menelan banyak korban. Kayako merupakan saudara dari Naoko.

Naoko kemudian memutuskan untuk berangkat ke Chicago untuk mengakhiri teror . Perjuangan Naoko ternyata tak semudah yang semula ia kira. Arwah Toshio (Shimba Tsuchiya), keponakan Naoko ternyata juga ada di sana dan siap merenggut nyawa orang yang ada di sekitarnya.

Kini apartemen yang dulu dihuni Jake dihantui arwah penasaran Kayako dan Toshio. Satu per satu korban berjatuhan sementara polisi tak bisa berbuat banyak. Naoko pun lantas mempersiapkan ritual yang konon bisa mengusir arwah Kayako dan Toshio. Tapi untuk menuntaskan ritual ini, harus ada yang bersedia meminum darah Kayako dan untuk mencari orang itu bukanlah pekerjaan mudah.
